The standard upgraded – more protection, more efficiency, more possibilities.
The new CrossLink touch protection module for the 60Classic busbar system provides reliable IP20 touch protection while setting new standards in cost efficiency. As a cost-effective solution, it enables busbar systems to be covered easily, quickly, and flexibly—while maintaining virtually unrestricted flexibility in system design.
With the MOTUS C14 Basic, we are expanding the MOTUS C14 family with a new variant for applications up to 3 kW. The MOTUS C14 Basic offers a straightforward introduction to C14 -Technology – an electronically protected direct and reversing starter, stripped down to the essentials for quick commissioning, high availability and easy integration.
Together with the existing MOTUS C14-Connect Plus variant, we thus offer the right range of functions for every application.
More power for the CrossBoard 800 A. The new EQUES adapter series for molded case circuit breakers sets new standards in flexibility and application versatility for modern busbar systems.
Thanks to innovative universal adapters with laminated copper connections, a wide variety of circuit breakers can be integrated reliably and efficiently – ensuring maximum compatibility with minimal effort.
With rated currents of 250 A, 400 A, and 630 A, the series covers a broad range of applications and is certified for both IEC and UL standards. This makes it the ideal solution for international projects and demanding environments.
The new EQUES adapter series for CrossBoard 800 A redifenes the interface for motor starter applications. Designed to fit switchgears, this new generation of adapters is available in two versions: 200 mm and 260 mm in length – tested and certified for applications in accordance with IEC, UL and CCC standards.
The improved cable assembly offers increased temperature resistance, halogen-free insulation material and higher short-circuit resistance. The new tool-free adjustable mounting rail enables quick and flexible adaptation to individual applications and devices.
The easy-to-install, modular system allows secure low-voltage distribution to be implemented quickly and easily. The expanded range of 5A / 1A and 333 mV current transformers and their easy integration into almost all 185Power products, especially the pre-wired fuse switch disconnectors, form the basis for the digitalization of energy networks. Efficient use of space and component compatibility are just some of the advantages of the 185Power system solution. The implementation of fuse-free power distribution for UL508 applications is also no problem for the 185Power system world thanks to the wide range of adapters for the adaptation of circuit breakers up to 1600 A (UL: 1200 A).

The MIEZ measurement technology portfolio continues to grow – and is becoming more international! Following the successful market launch with IEC approval, the range of applications has been extended to include the UL61010 standard. We are thus consistently implementing our global measurement technology strategy and MIEZ will be available for the North American market.
In addition, the compact 12-channel expansion module MIEZ 37100 is being expanded to include residual current measurement (RCM). This enables residual currents and therefore possible fault conditions to be recognised at an early stage and appropriate solutions to be found. In terms of sustainability, this represents an important step towards greater transparency regarding processes and critical variables in industrial systems.
With our MIEZ power analysers, users retain full control over power quality in accordance with DIN EN 50160. Continuous monitoring reliably reduces the risk of system malfunctions and failures, making follow-up costs predictable.
With the extended portfolio of our MIEZ products, an overview can be maintained at all times: They serve as a collection point for all data in the cabinet, evaluate it and pass the analyses on to the user. Combined with current transformers (1 A, 5 A, 333 mV), they measure current and voltage, analyse active, apparent and reactive power, the power factor, harmonics and much more – all compact and customised.

The safe switching of direct current places the highest demands on components. With the new CAPUS Panel, Wöhner more than fulfils these requirements. Developed for PV applications, the new CAPUS Panel can reliably switch currents of up to 500 A at 1500 V DC in the smallest installation space and fulfils all UL98B requirements. A short-circuit resistance of 40 kA also enables a wide range of applications, including in industrial environments.

The powerful 20 A BROOME20 power supply unit is the ideal solution for the reliable distribution of 24 V auxiliary power in the control cabinet. With its extremely compact design of just 49.5 mm width and an efficiency of > 96%, electronic switching devices and measurement technology products are supplied efficiently. Using the familiar CrossLink technology, mechanical fixing and electrical contacting are carried out directly in a single work step – on all Wöhner basic systems. The integrated electronic short-circuit protection also eliminates the need for a separate back-up fuse. The option of increasing the output current to up to 60 A as required makes our BROOME20 an all-rounder in any application.

The growing demand for transformer stations and smart grid solutions requires intelligent, standardised systems – Wöhner offers a sophisticated complete solution for low-voltage distribution boards with its 185Power system. The robust, modular 185 mm busbar system enables fast, reproducible assembly without time-consuming individual adjustments, saves valuable working time and compensates for a lack of manpower. The fully tested system in accordance with IEC 61439 combines high occupational safety, optimum use of space and flexible expandability. Supplemented by NH fuse switch disconnectors, adapters for compact circuit breakers, measurement technology and current transformers, a complete and future-proof low-voltage distribution board can be constructed.
The minimal installation effort combined with the high level of safety provided by the integrated touch-safe protection make the out-of-the-box basic system CrossBoard from Wöhner the ideal system solution for standardised power distribution. For conventional wiring, Wöhner provides a comprehensive range of components e.g. switch-disconnectors or fuse holders for DIN rail or mounting plate assembly. The fuse technology and associated connection technology meet the high safety and quality requirements set by international standards.
