Coburg Design Days


5 days, once a year, all about design - that's the Coburg Design Days! An established event in Coburg and the region of Upper Franconia. A place for inspiration. But also a platform for networking expertise, ideas and projects.

This year in a new and unusual environment. The top three floors of the Mauer parking garage in Coburg's city center will be animated for a week with exhibitions by various designers and companies, workshops, lectures and discussions on the future of design.

At the same time, visitors to the 34th Coburg Design Days can expect pop-up illuminations in the city center, various stagings and cooperative projects in public spaces. At various locations, spaces will be created for visitors to look at, participate in, and experience.

This year's main thematic focus is on two streams of change that will transform society and also design for people in the long term: Connectivity and neo-ecology.

Panel Discussion

In the panel discussion, together with various design partners, we provide insights into the topic "Brand. Design. Experience." 

Today, Wöhner is one of the innovation leaders in electrotechnology. This is no coincidence, but the result of systematic brand work. We want our customers to experience the fascination of our products and our passion for electrical energy.

Relying on the power of the brand, product design has a special standing. Functionally, it fulfills all requirements in a very small space. At the same time, it emphasizes the special value of the components and radiates a reliable, consistent solidity. With amorphous shapes and outlines, the design strengthens the independent characteristic. The blue viewing pane with the Wöhner logo distinguishes the products as a unique brand. Customers and users perceive the Wöhner brand personality as non-conformist and innovative, successful and confident.
